1. Curnamona Seismic Record released

Geoscience Australia (GA) has just released GA Record 2006/12 titled "The 2003-2004 Curnamona Province Seismic Survey: Workshop Notes". This record is available through Geoscience Australia publications for free download.

Copies of the 2003-2004 Curnamona seismic data are available from Geoscience Australia's Seismic Acquisition and Processing Section. Please email Tim Barton, or phone +61 (0)2 6249 9625.

3. Update on geophysical survey data acquisition

The status of current surveys is:

Geoscience Australia has received raw and processed data from the Paterson Central and Paterson South-East surveys, and the Bowen-Surat South and Isa West Surveys for qa/qc testing.

4. New geophysical surveys

Requests for quotation close on 16 August for the provision of airborne magnetic and radiometic coverage in regions of the Northern Territory and Tasmania. Geoscience Australia will be managing the flying program for these surveys.
