Cape York Qld Airborne magnetic and radiometric 45% N/A 239 180 line km; east-west over an area of approx 85 510 km2 400 m 80 m agl Data acquisition commenced on 23 April 2009. The survey covers the Rutland Plains, Holroyd, Aurukun, Coen, Weipa, Cape Weymouth, Jardine River, Orford Bay, Thursday Island and Cape York 1:250 000 Map Sheets. The survey was 45% complete at 26 July 2009.

The survey covers the Atherton, Mossman, Rutland Plains, Hann River, Cooktown, Holroyd, Ebagoola, Cape Melville, Aurukun, Coen, Weipa, Cape Weymouth, Jardine River, Orford Bay, Thursday Island and Cape York 1:250 000 Map Sheets. The survey was 46% complete at 26 July 2009.
Barkly NT Gravity 61% 7268 new stations in Area A and 2525 new stations in Area B N/A 4000 m stations N/A Data acquisition commenced on 6 June 2009. Area A covers the Newcastle Waters, Beetaloo, Wallhallow, Calvert Hills, Helen Springs, Brunette Downs, Mount Drummond, Alroy and Ranken 1:250 000 Map Sheets. Area B covers the Daly Waters, Tanumbirini, Bauhinia Downs, Robinson River and Calvert Hills 1:250 000 Map Sheets. The survey was 61% complete at 26 July 2009.
Pine Creek (Kombolgie) NT Airborne electromagnetic 100% N/A 9350 line km of airborne em; over an area of approx 30 710 km2 All areas are covered by flight lines spaced at 1666 or 5000 m 30 m agl The survey was completed on 16 October 2008. New data were acquired over an area east of Kakadu National Park. The Pine Creek survey is the second AEM survey conducted under Geoscience Australia's Onshore Energy Security Program.

New data will be acquired over an area west of Kakadu National Park. Data acquisition commenced on 23 November 2008. Survey flying resumed on 14 April 2009 with flying completed on 23 May 2009. Data for Woolner were released on 10 July 2009. Data for Rum Jungle are planned for release in September/October 2009.

Geoscience Australia will be managing the data acquisition program in Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania.
