Queensland floods - January 2008

Landsat 5 image showing Victorian flood


This image was acquired by the Landsat 5 satellite sensor on 21 January 2008. The image shows the effects of flooding in the Emerald area of Queensland (centre) and Lake Maraboon (lower left) that is overflowing the Fairbairn Dam.
