Icon Description
The rectangle button allows you to define coordinates by drawing a rectangular location on the map. These coordinates are then used as a search parameter.

The search button allows you to search on the parameters you have defined as part of your search query. As your search parameters are built up they are displayed in the interface:

     

     

Individual parts of your search criteria can be deleted by clicking on the red X icon beside the individual criteria.

The measuring tool allows you to measure the distance between multiple points on the map.

Each click marks a point to be measured from. Double clicking marks the end of the path to be measured.

Show & Select layers to overlay

     

Clicking the Show Layers on Map button allows you to select the map base layers & overlays you wish to display.

Each type of overlays provides values to help interpret and understand the map data.

Note: Selected Area option will be displayed in the above screen if user already selected particular area on map

Print Map

Clicking on Print map button allows you to print the map extent in friendly format. A pop-up message will be displayed when the document is ready to print. Link to preview the document will available to user within the above pop window.

Map title text field is available to enter the title for selected map.

Please note: It doesn’t print the selected area or dataset’s bounding box, WMS layers, WFS markers.

Reference map

The Reference Map is a visual indicator of the current map extent. Dragging the red box pans the map.
