In this true colour swipe comparison, colours appear as close as they would naturally to the human eye. Urban areas appear grey to white, trees and grasslands as shades of green and yellow, and water bodies as dark blue to black. Coffs Harbour has seen marked residential expansion, both south of the CBD around Boambee East, and northwest of the city centre to the foothills of Ulidarra National Park. Numerous beach suburbs can also be seen appearing along the coast. The upgrade to the Pacific Highway can clearly be seen over the time skip. Notable development has also occurred in the business district in North Boambee Valley, and to Coffs Harbour Airport.
