- 2009 Murray Bridge false colour
In this false colour swipe comparison, urban areas appear as shades of red. Vegetation appears in a range of blue to green, with blue representing more irrigated vegetation. Darker shades of blue or green represent forests or plantations, with lighter shades showing grasslands or agriculture. Bare ground or dense infrastructure appears bright yellow to white. New residential properties have appeared mainly in Murrays Bridge East around Riverglades, and in Murrays Bridge South. New industry development has appeared in Northern Heights. Notice the significant change to the riverside farming between years due to the interannual difference in the Murray River’s flow.
